I read a Facebook thread yesterday by someone who had been disappointed in the hiring of an IT professional who was then employed to undertake web design duties. Apparently, the job took a southward dive at that point and the client became more and more frustrated as Mr IT put the clamps on everything they needed to do. Including installing WordPress plugins.
